Regular Old Free Trade Chocolate is SOOOO 2014

Last night, I ate a chocolate bar. It wasn't Hershey's or Nestle's, or any other consumerist chocolate bar that's just another cog in the wheel of the cocoa-industrial complex. It wasn't even just a REGULAR organic "cacao" chocolate bar. No sir.

This was a fair trade, gluten-free, quinoa-crisp 89% pure cacao chocolate bar. But wait. There's more! Look at the picture below. Do you know who that is? Well let me tell you! It's Luis, the farmer that cultivated the cocoa--no, I misspoke--the CACAO beans that made the fair trade, gluten-free, quinoa-crisp 89% pure chocolate bar I ate last night.

Because it's 2015, folks. Which means it's now no longer sufficient to buy and consume a fair trade, gluten-free, quinoa-crisp 89% pure cacao bar. You need to have a photograph of and testimonial about the farmer who brought it to you.

Happy New Year!
